The work provided was good quality, however the price was significantly higher than it should've been. No shortcuts were taken on their part, however if price is a concern, maybe look somewhere else. (This is based on $194 in labor for 2 hoses being replaced and coolant replaced. So labor should have been under an hour.)

My car stopped turning over and needed a new starter, I also am awful at remembering when my oil needs changed so I had that done. I called them when my car was literally dead in a parking lot and needed a tow service. I was on a time crunch cause I needed my car to drive to drill this weekend, they fixed it up in less than 24 hours. I was greeted nicely by a older man at the sales side who was very sweet and funny. I got my car back and they even cleaned the floors. They also accommodate for the military which was even better. Their prices were amazing, before I got a hold of them I was quoted at other shops who were double my quoted price from Zimmerman's. I will be using them in the future and recommending others. :)

Had my vehicle inspection and emission testing done as well as an oil change and tire rotation. Service was fast and pricing was fair.

Best mechanics and customer service

The staff at Zimmermans is outstanding across the board. Particularly Renee who answers the phone and coordinates getting you to the right division and Steve and Ken in service that genuinely listen to you about your service need and they follow up quickly with what they find with your vehicle. They are honest and transparent and do not push other repairs to jack up the bill. They will inform you of potential concerns. Very reasonably priced and true professionals. Their vehicle sales department is top notch too and they service what they sell. Highly recommend Zimmermans.

We flew up Harrisburg from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck my husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about and not having to fly back. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and had tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do and no hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!

Again got great service. Renee friendly at front desk . I have known Steve for 20 years and always treats me great. Been going Zimmerman's about 40 years. As long as Steve is the service manager they will have my business. Steve takes his time explaining things and recommending things that may be needed for my car.
