I have been a long-time customer of Zimmerman's and had a recent appointment for inspection, emissions, tire rotation and oil change. During this visit, staff also identified and corrected the need for brake pad services. Staff communicates well with me as a customer and quality work is completed on time when promised. We have been taking our vehicles to Zimmerman's since we moved to the area in 2021. I could not be happier that we were referred to Zimmerman's. They are incredibly trustworthy mechanics and very clearly take pride in their work, determined to satisfy their customers. We had a difficult-to-solve problem with one of our vehicles shortly after it had been to Zimmerman's for routine work. We returned the car to them three separate times, with some concern that they might consider us to be a nuisance. NOTHING could be further from the truth. They grasped the problem immediately, understood our concern, and treated us respectfully and as valued customers each and every time we took the car back. They were determined to solve our problem--and they did. They even acknowledged it may have been a problem of their own creation and resolved the matter fully, correctly, and completely at no cost to us. Not a penny. What more could anyone possibly ask of the mechanics to whom they entrust their vehicles? Zimmerman's gets only a five-star rating from us simply because there is no six-star rating. We feel blessed to have locked onto them.

Can't say enough good about these folks. They treat you with courtesy and respect and they are consummate professionals when it comes to auto repair and maintenance. We have dealt with them through some thorny vehicle issues and their determination to solve a difficult problem made our day. Problem solved. Can't imagine taking our vehicles anywhere else.
