I have been going to Zimmerman's for many years, with my current and previous vehicles. I use them for both maintenance and inspection services. They are prompt and meticulous in their services and I really appreciate their commitment to timely communication throughout any service and their prices a very fair for our area. A+ Recommended.

Would definitely refer anyone to Zimmerman. Routine maintenance was done and had one tire issue we discussed and took a photo so I could see problem. Asked them to treat my car as if it were a son or daughter’s car. I feel very comfortable taking my vehicle there.

Extremely over priced. shop around and go elsewhere! friendly mechanics and service men but extremely rude front desk lady that has no time for anyone. no warm welcomes here. the receipt was confusing at first, did not understand ‘declined services’ but Jacquie cleared it up for us. they did inspection and emissions test ‘free of charge.’ you bet the service bill covered it in other ways. a little bit of a wait to get the car serviced but easy to set up an appointment, earliest was 2-3 days out (enough time to arrange a tow and pay less literally anywhere else) oil change was as quick as anywhere else if you don’t mind spending $80.
