The service was fantastic! Employees were polite and professional. They went out of their way to not only fix the problem I took my car in for - but they also observed that my car turned over hard on the cold morning I had dropped it off for service, so they tested my battery and gave me a heads up that it needed replaced soon. They didn't even mention buying one there, just provided a friendly heads up!

I have been pleased with Zimmerman's Auto for about 27 years. I find the mechanics competent. The office staff is especially helpful. I appreciate that in emergencies they find a way to fit you in. It is definitely my "go to" service. The waiting room is comfortable and appreciated as I wait for the service to be completed.
