Extremely overpriced. Shop around and consider other options! While the mechanics and service staff are friendly, the front desk lady is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. There is no warm welcome here. The receipt was initially confusing, but Jacquie clarified the 'declined services' for us. They performed the inspection and emissions test 'free of charge,' but the service bill covered it in other ways. There was a bit of a wait to get the car serviced, but setting up an appointment was easy, with the earliest availability being 2-3 days out. This is ample time to arrange a tow and potentially save money elsewhere. The oil change was as quick as any other place, but it comes at a steep price of $80.

Zimmerman's Automotive in Mechanicsburg is the only place I trust with my cars. I highly recommend them. 👍👍
