Had a great experience buying a car here. Ahmed was great to work with and extremely helpful. He asked if I wanted to have them put the car up on a lift and an actual mechanic gave me a flashlight and went around the car with me answering questions. In my experience this level of customer service is unparalleled. They made me feel at ease in the daunting task of finding a quality used car. I will also be having my car serviced there because they seem quite trustworthy. If I'm ever in the market for a quality used vehicle again, I'll be starting at Zimmermans and you should too. Ask for Ahmed or Eric.

While driving from FL to ME, we consider ourselves lucky that we ran into an issue less than a mile from Zimmerman's. Their staff was amazing to my wife and me, as well as our dog Phoebe, who now has her picture on their dog wall of fame. They diagnosed our problem (bad fuel injector) and had us back on the road in about 3 hours, and our vehicle has been running great since. I'd never go looking for an issue during a long road trip. That said, spending a few hours with the locals at Zimmerman's was a treat! Thank you!
