I purchased a Tahoe from Zimmermans Automotive Tire Pros in July, and within two months the check engine light came on. Being mechanically inclined, I suspected it might be transmission-related, so I immediately called Ahmed, my salesman, who had been attentive from day one. He got me right in. Within 24 hours, I received a call letting me know they were replacing the transmissionat absolutely no cost to me. I was completely shocked (in the best way). Since the transmission was already out, I asked if they could replace the rear main seal, fully expecting to pay for parts and labor. The service advisor even explained that I would normally have to pay since it wasnt leaking or part of the failure. When I came in to pick up the vehicle and settle the bill, I was handed a zeroed-out receipt. No charge. No hassle. The Tahoe runs great now, and I truly could not be more thrilled with my entire experience. This level of integrity, communication, and customer care is rare. I would confidently recommend Zimmermans Automotive Tire Pros to anyone.

We are very fortunate to have a local repair shop in our area with a knowledgeable staff who treat you fairly and stand behind their work. Weve had our vehicles serviced at Zimmermans for many years and have come to trust their advice. Steve reinforced that again today with a quick and thorough diagnosis of an issue we were having with our truck, with no hard sell for unnecessary work. That type of service / approach is hard to find these days, and it is very much appreciated.

I have purchased a bunch of cars over the years and the Subaru I purchased at Zimmermann was likely the best experience I have had. I stopped in to view this car for my son while visiting the area and made the purchase and drove the car back to New Hampshire the next day. Ted and his crew were great to work with and the car was a clean well kept gem at a fair price. I would gladly drive back to PA from NH to do business again.
