While driving from FL to ME, we consider ourselves lucky that we ran into an issue less than a mile from Zimmerman's. Their staff was amazing to my wife and me, as well as our dog Phoebe, who now has her picture on their dog wall of fame. They diagnosed our problem (bad fuel injector) and had us back on the road in about 3 hours, and our vehicle has been running great since. I'd never go looking for an issue during a long road trip. That said, spending a few hours with the locals at Zimmerman's was a treat! Thank you!

I was extremely impressed with their service. I needed a new tire and they were able to get and install it the very next day. I'm not even a customer of theirs! I have been coming to Zimmerman's Automotive for several years and every single time our cars need something, they are courteous, capable and knowledgeable. I have never in my life had a mechanic come to the front of their shop to show me which part of the car they worked on and what they did, until them. I trust them -which means everything when it comes to who is essentially responsible for driving your family around. They even gave us a 2nd opinion on my husband's new used car which was estimated at $5,000 (at another shop) and of course didn't even need replaced. And they were HONEST about that instead of taking us for an unnecessary and extremely expensive ride (this had already been done before for myself and my own car at 1 of my inspections). I cannot thank the entire staff enough for taking such great care of my family and our cars and we will continue to be patrons of Zimmerman's for a long time!
