Mechanicsburg Auto Repair and Dealership

I was extremely impressed with their service. I needed a new tire and they were able to get and install it the very next day. I'm not even a customer of theirs! But I received the same courtesy and professionalism they exhibited towards their clientele. Based on my experience, I am considering having my vehicle serviced by them.

I have been coming to Zimmerman's Automotive for several years and every single time our cars need something, they are courteous, capable and knowledgeable. I have never in my life had a mechanic come to the front of their shop to show me which part of the car they worked on and what they did, until them. I trust them -which means everything when it comes to who is essentially responsible for driving your family around. They even gave us a 2nd opinion on my husband's new used car which was estimated at $5,000 (at another shop) and of course didn't even need replaced. And they were HONEST about that instead of taking us for an unnecessary and extremely expensive ride (this had already been done before for myself and my own car at 1 of my inspections). I cannot thank the entire staff enough for taking such great care of my family and our cars and we will continue to be patrons of Zimmerman's for a long time!

Took my car in for an oil change. I didn't know that I had a nail in my driver rear tire. Shout out to Clint for letting me know that I had a nail in the tire. And fixed it up in an fast turnaround.

I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Zimmerman's. If you're looking for a place you can trust to be friendly, honest, fair, skilled, and thorough - this is it! I sent a message indicating interest in a used vehicle on a Sunday (when they are closed) and received a message back from Ahmed Darwiche (sales rep) 7 minutes after they opened the next day. A couple hours later I was making the trip from Baltimore to purchase the vehicle (pictured here, ain't she a dream?!)! The whole process was smooth sailing and I was very impressed. I even came back to get some things serviced after the purchase, and everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable while I killed time by getting some work done in their facility (the coffee and cookies don't hurt either!). It can be hard to find Truly Good People you can rely on these days, but I'm here to tell you that the people at Zimmerman's ARE Truly Good People, and they're providing excellent quality customer and auto services.
