Just moved to the area and needed state smog and safety check on two vehicles and some additional services on one. They did a very thorough review of both vehicles, including informing us of upcoming maintenance according to our vehicles mileage and service records. They gave us an estimate on the electrical work on one vehicle, and when things went quicker than expected charged us less. Appreciate that level of honesty. A retainer holding one of the turn signal lights broke off on the way home, and they made a temporary fix, ordered the part, called us promptly when it came in, and installed it at no additional charge, showing they stand behind their work.

Zimmerman's has never disappointed me. This was the annual inspection and I had left a note that due to a 4:00 appointment, I would need to pick up my car either before 4:00 or the next morning (Saturday). My car was done and ready for pick-up by 9:45 AM. Thank you, Zimmerman's!

I have always been made to feel like family. I do trust and have confidence in their suggestions when needed. Bought my 2004 Toyota Avalon from them, they continue to service it and today was told to hold onto it. Made me feel great Thanks to all!
