Dropped my car of for inspection and was given a loaner vehicle as promised. Steve contacted me and told me what needed to be done and car was ready to be picked up at 4. The gals at the check in desk take care of you immediately. Again great service and I have been going to Zimmerman's over 40 years .

Arrived at the Rapid Lube at 16:24. Website shows they're open until 17:00. I was third in line. A woman came out and asked me to leave because they wouldn't be able to get to me before 17:00. Their website should have an addendum that you must be there by 15:30. They lost a life long oil change customer.

Great auto repair shop, they do excellent work. Staff is friendly and pleasant to work with. They also give me a loaner vehicle while mine is getting fixed, or give me a ride to work!

Went for an inspection and they were able to fit me in, it was done quickly and provided great customer service! Update 12/8/21-I’ve gone here for new tires and annual inspections for the past few years. They are always friendly, helpful, trustworthy. I highly recommend Zimmerman’s!!
