Arrived at the Rapid Lube at 16:24. Website shows they're open until 17:00. I was third in line. A woman came out and asked me to leave because they wouldn't be able to get to me before 17:00. Their website should have an addendum that you must be there by 15:30. They lost a life long oil change customer.

I am very sorry we could not help you on your schedule. It is a first come first serve business. You and three others, at the same time, were made aware of our backlog last evening. We want to be respectful of your time so you were made aware that we would not be able to do you service that day. Severe weather conditions have made service a bit of a challenge these last few weeks. Since COVID staffing has been a large issue. We are short handed. Thanks, Judy Z Walter, owner

Great auto repair shop, they do excellent work. Staff is friendly and pleasant to work with. They also give me a loaner vehicle while mine is getting fixed, or give me a ride to work!

Went for an inspection and they were able to fit me in, it was done quickly and provided great customer service! Update 12/8/21-I’ve gone here for new tires and annual inspections for the past few years. They are always friendly, helpful, trustworthy. I highly recommend Zimmerman’s!!

My car came back to me with my tires torn down to the cords they don’t know what a muffle is and also told me a lot of stuff is messed up even tho some of the stuff they said was wrong is brand new

Hi Danny, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at a repair facility. Unfortunately, I don't think that you are reviewing the right Zimmerman's. We found your name in our system with a street address but no phone number, city, state or even a vehicle. When we searched your street address, the only city that came up was Newville, PA. We are in Mechanicsburg, PA. There is a repair shop in Newville that has a very similar name but we are not connected with them. This does get people confused a lot and we get calls for them all the time, as I am sure they get calls for us as well. Again, I am really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and I hope that you are able to find a good resolution with their team.
