My car came back to me with my tires torn down to the cords they don’t know what a muffle is and also told me a lot of stuff is messed up even tho some of the stuff they said was wrong is brand new

Hi Danny, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at a repair facility. Unfortunately, I don't think that you are reviewing the right Zimmerman's. We found your name in our system with a street address but no phone number, city, state or even a vehicle. When we searched your street address, the only city that came up was Newville, PA. We are in Mechanicsburg, PA. There is a repair shop in Newville that has a very similar name but we are not connected with them. This does get people confused a lot and we get calls for them all the time, as I am sure they get calls for us as well. Again, I am really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience and I hope that you are able to find a good resolution with their team. We flew up Harrisburg from AL in hopes that we’d be driving home a truck my husband had been communicating with Eric at Zimmerman’s Auto about and not having to fly back. Eric went out of his way to pick us up at our hotel and once at the dealership the truck was everything we were told it was. After dealing with 2 previous car dealerships in the last couple years I had lost respect for the “salesmen” because we were lied to and had tried to be charged ridiculous fees but I have great respect for Eric and Zimmerman’s for doing exactly what they said they’d do and no hidden charges or pressuring us for extras. We are extremely satisfied with the service and our purchase! Great people to work with!

Zimmerman's is the place to go for all your vehicle needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They listen to your needs and do a great job making sure they are all met. I swear sometimes my car comes back cleaner than when I dropped it off!

I bought my first car here, a 2012 Honda Accord Special Edition in May 2020. It’s was a really great experience despite Covid precautions at the time. Almost 2 years later my car still works perfectly and looks great. Definitely recommend!
