I was there for inspection. My appointment was 9 oclock. I always wait for for my car. I bought the car from you folks in 2009. you have made all repairs and inspections on the car for the past 10 years. My visits were always one to two hours. Yesterday was three hours. No one told me what the delay was.

We are in the process of changing to a new system for invoicing and it is taking a bit longer but it will be a great improvement once we get through the learning curve.
