We appreciate you giving us the ability to inspect your 2007 Toyota Camry with 209,000+ miles. That said, I’m sorry to hear how frustrating your inspection experience felt. I do want to clarify that our inspection estimates are based on safety standards and what’s required to meet state guidelines at the time of evaluation. Your wipers were torn and the wiper motor did not work at high speed. Your highlight aim was off, and your right headlight was broken to the point that it could not be aimed. Lastly, your wheel bearing was falling apart. Items like wheel bearings, lighting, and visibility components (like wipers) can impact whether a vehicle passes inspection, and we quote repairs accordingly using quality parts and labor. Different shops may approach inspections and repairs differently, and we know and understand that we are not the shop for everyone. We respect your decision to seek a second opinion.
