Hard to find an honest car repair shop/car sales center...this is the one! I took my car in for inspection and got the honest but bad news that it was going to be not worth it to repair my car. I traded the broken one in for a new one from their lot because I know they know how to take care of cars (they've done work on my cars in the past and it's always been excellent). My new car purchase was easier than self-checkout at a grocery store. I saw the car I wanted on their website, I filled in an online form about the car I was interested in, and I received a call about one minute later! They held the car for me and filled out most of the paperwork in advance. I just showed up, signed on the dotted line a couple of times and I was on my way with a car I can feel confident in. My experience with this shop was far from satisfactory. Despite spending $200 for a diagnosis, the result was a lack of identification of any issues. Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on this underwhelming encounter. I felt like Zimmerman's Automotive took advantage of us, and we are in a position that it is extremely difficult to recover from the loss of $200. A bitter truth made worse by not even having anything to show for the money. TL;DR, we weren't given the service we paid for, and felt like we were used to make a quick buck that now leaves us struggling for no reason.
