Stole my sister’s money basically. They charged $200 for a diagnostic test that you get from autozone for free. Didn’t tell her anything that she didn’t already know and told her it’d be another $500 to look into it deeper. Replying to your response. She was told the exact same thing autozone told her. Cylinder 5 misfire. The did absolutely nothing for her except waste her time and took 200 dollars for nothing.

As far as the diagnostic test, our diagnostic test is a lot different than what AutoZone offers customers for free. We are happy to show you the equipment that we use vs. the code reader AutoZone uses. One single code can cover a whole array of issues. Our equipment, combined with the top notch knowledge of our technicians, pinpoints to the problem. We could "throw parts" at the issue but then you, as the customer, could end up with an even bigger service bill because the problem doesn't get fixed the first time.
