Zimmerman's always provides great service. This time they even assisted with a product rebate!

The service I receive is always great. They checked out a problem my car was having and assured me everything was fine. The only negative was that I was promised my car would be finished by noon, but it was not ready until 1:30pm.

Zimmerman's staff are very courteous and friendly, and always get the job done in a reasonable time frame.

I was quoted a part price on the ball joint. Zimmermans should have verified price and availability up front. Instead I was informed I had to pay an additional $30 for the part since it was out of stock at parts supplier (where quoted). This was not handled properly and I left feeling cheated.

I always feel confident Zimmerman's is giving me sound advice about my car. They are very price conscious and let me know what to expect. They also offer alternatives if possible. I feel comfortable asking any questions and taking their advice.
