My wife and I purchased an 08 Ford Escape from Zimmerman's back in March of 2010. Recently we noticed noise and vibration when breaking. I took it into Zimmerman's. Jay sold us the vehicle, so he agreed to machine the rotors down for a reduced price. I am very pleased with Zimmerman's and how they value the customer and not the $$.

Trustworthy. Repair well what needs to be repaired, but not looking for ways to make unneeded or unwise repairs. Clear explanation of needs.

Sporadic check engine light. Diagnostics done - oxygen sensors replaced

I came to Zimmerman's with a broken automatic rear window mechanism. Steve, the service manager, had it repaired very cost effectively. He also was great in accurately communicating cost estimate information and had the car repaired ahead of schedule. It is nice to have an automotive service center that I can trust.
