I came to Zimmerman's with a broken automatic rear window mechanism. Steve, the service manager, had it repaired very cost effectively. He also was great in accurately communicating cost estimate information and had the car repaired ahead of schedule. It is nice to have an automotive service center that I can trust.

We've always appreciated Zimmerman's Auto, but this time they went the extra step to pick up our van when I had no way of bringing it in (we live nearby), so the repair could be done in time for us to take the van camping. Thank you!

As I was about to go out of town, my brakes began making a horrible noise. I took my van into Zimmerman's and asked Steve to check them for me. He pulled two of his service men from an early lunch, replaced the brake pads and had me on the road in less than an hour. Service doesn't get any better than that and I am so thankful that the entire staff at Zimmerman's are so conscientious!
