I am a loyal long time customer of zimmermans because they do great work, but recently, the receptionists service has not been great. One particular receptionist always seems as if she has a bit of an attitude, like everything you do irks her. Some of the others just don't seem as competent as past receptionists. Because I value the work of the mechanics, I will continue to take My vehicle there and hope the service at the desk gets better.

Very friendly staff! Service was good and seemed thorough. My only complaint was that my vehicle was supposed to be done by 3 and when I came to pick it up at 4:30 it wasn't done yet. However, extra work needed done which was found in the inspection and may have lead to the delay. Overall, good experience!
