As always Zimmerman's has excellent customer service! Last week I had my vehicle in for inspection. I waited until the last day until my sticker expired that fell on a Friday. My vehicle needed more work than I expected, and I needed my truck completed for a trip the following Monday. Paul was able to get the work done that day, and I had the truck back for Monday's trip. My only complaint is the high labor rates charged. I had almost $400 dollars in labor charges, but over all I am pleased with their service, and that's why i have been coming back for many years.

Really appreciate the fast service and reasonable cost. Car belongs to daughter who lives and works in Pittsburgh. She was paniced not knowing the cause of the "grinding" and relieved to find out it wasn't the "engine or something like that." Thanks! Dave and Dory

they had in done in a timely fashion, kept me updated, and even gave me a ride back to my college after i dropped my car off. however, they charged me for a system check when i told them they didn't have to because i already knew what the problem was. an extra $127 didn't make me happy. otherwise, great service.

I always trust Zimmerman's to do only the needed work, the right way. They always call to explain what's going to happen and explain the cost, so there are no surprises at the checkout! I have trusted them with my car(s) for more than 25 years. I frequently call them for advise. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

When our Saturn dealer left town we had to make a hard decision and find a new service garage. I'm happy to report that Zimmerman's earned our business. Competence and integrity are the best words to describe our experience. Thank you!
