Great work on recent brake job.

Very helpful and tried to make sure our needs were met on our time. An address was written down incorrectly on a form we signed to buy our vehicle, and they drove at least 45 minutes to our hometown for us to resign instead of us making the trip back to the dealership. They were on call if we had any questions or concerns.

We always enjoy working with you folks! May be a little pricy, but we get what we pay for, I assume! For the records, my Honda is not an LX (at least from what I can tell). It’s a “nothing”!! Thanks Much!

Very impressed with your place of business, everybody that works for you very nice and know what they are doing, some places I have been too people are rude and have no clue what is going on. I like the fact that they bring the bad parts out to you and show you what is bad. Your service manager very good also. I know I was there a long time but I was expecting that so it was not a problem. I will bring my car back again for service. I use to live there in the neighborhood and took my vehicles to you when you were just a small garage across the street. You are very reasonable on your pricing and will be back.

I just brought my 2001 Camry in for its final state inspection before I move out of state. It breezed through, though it has about 255,000 miles on it. I give the competent crew at Zimmerman’s full credit for keeping this faithful steed running so well for the 17 years I have owned it. And I am grateful for the 21 years they have cared for our family’s cars. I appreciate the way they help me understand what my car needs, the way they give me options, and the way they have often recommended money-saving possibilities. Further, they have been considerate of my time and convenience, usually taking the time to remedy smaller additional problems found during inspection or other visits so I don’t have to schedule another appointment. And they have treated me as a friend of the family. Their waiting room has a very kid-friendly corner, and their tea/coffee and cookies buffet make the wait something to look forward to! At age 65, I don’t think I’ll be able to make myself drive 5-1/2 hours from our new home to bring my car to Zimmerman’s for service, but I will certainly be wishing I could.
