My family had bought a car here several years ago, I had been using Zimmermans Rapid Lube service for a couple years with my old car, and now I just bought a car from them too! The care and time that they invest in their vehicles AND their customers is unparalleled. They truly want you to walk away happy and satisfied. I test drove my vehicle several times to be sure I was comfortable with it. They made sure the vehicle was in the best possible shape it could be in before they sold it. Eric and Jay have been extremely friendly, helpful, and patient while I made my final decision to commit to such a large purchase...and I never felt rushed or pressured. Not only do I feel confident that the vehicle was inspected with care and diligence, but they also include a warranty for an added piece of mind. I am ALWAYS happy with the care and service that Zimmermans provides to me and my vehicles. I absolutely trust and recommend Zimmermans!

Always easy to schedule an appointment on the web. Very prompt in replying to emails. The service is great. They call to confirm with how much its going to cost. On the whole, always have a pleasant experience.Also, they have nice coffee and cookies !

Unable to drive my car because an expired inspection sticker Zimmerman's sent someone to the autobody shop and brought it back to the shop where they performed the inspection. When it was done they called me and I stopped in to pay the bill and drive home. I don't know how it can realistically get better than that. Thank you!
