Our family has enjoyed a friendship with the Zimmerman business for many years. Zimmerman's has helped us select quality used vehicles, maintain and yes when necessary, repair them. They have earned our trust, and continue to recommended their services to friends and colleagues with confidence.

Zimmerman's always gives us professional, courteous service. They are very helpful with accommodating our schedule and offer reasonable pricing. We highly recommend their services, and their cars. We love the used car we purchased from them last year - they truly stand behind the cars they sell.

My experience was very good. The appointment process was simple, the vehicle was inspected in a timely manner on the day of the appointment, and no surprises. i have always received quality service and with all the professional knowledge to complete the tasks needed.

I live in Middletown. The things I had repaired were found during the yearly inspection. It would have been easier for me if I would have been told that day and had the work done the same day. When I bring my car in, I get nothing done the entire day.

Handle my inspection situation profesionally. Steve is an excellent service manager who helps you out anyway he can.

I was referred to Zimmermans by a few different people and when it came time for basic maintenance I took both my car and my husbands car there and was very happy with their service. When my coworker had an issue I referred her there and she also had a great experience. Most recently, I had an emergency with my car and they were able to recommend a towing company that came right away and they got my car in to be repaired pretty quickly despite already being booked with other cars. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else and truly value the local aspect of the business- they really seem to actually care about heir customers!

Making an appointment for service is very easy. The service itself was very prompt and comprehensive and considering the cost of things today very reasonable. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with questions that I had . The ladies were very pleasant and congenial , a pleasure to talk to. Over all a very good experience and I will be back.
