As always the people who work at Zimmerman's are some of the nicest people ever and the work seems to have been done very well. The estimate that I was given was accurate. The only minor complaint I would have is that after sitting there for over an hour, I was told that the work order specified front brake work and it needed back brake work. I had to wait for them to get parts and then start over. Since I had this work done because it was recommended by your mechanics when I had my inspection done, it seems like the proper work order should have been there. I was there for 3 hours and 45 minutes - luckily I had my laptop and a book and no other appointments.
My apologies for the error that caused you to wait longer. I appreciate you pointing out the error and we have looked into not having this happen again for any customer. Thanks.
