Wow! We all know buying a used car can be an extremely scary venture! However, I must say I was handled correctly and the vehicle I ended up purchasing has been everything and more than I could ever expect. It was probably one of the cleanest vehicles I had ever stepped into though it was a 2011. I must also say I was not ready for all the fun and laughter I had with the sales person which made the entire experience extremely enjoyable! All in all the cleanliness of the vehicle, the accuracy of the information given to me regarding the vehicle, the integrity of the sales person and having a car that is meeting all my current needs and I've had absolutely no issues with the vehicle is why I will return to Zimmerman auto again, and again, and again. From the bottom of my heart I say thank you for making a potential scary experience extremely enjoyable! I have nothing bad to say at all. Love Chuck

Very quick and professional, as always. I scheduled the appointment on a Monday, had it in on that Friday for an inspection and oil change, had my car back at the end of the day. I bought my car at Zimmerman's and I've had it serviced there ever since. I'm happy to call myself a loyal customer.

The service is always excellent . Staff (Ken) very responsive and was excellent with his follow up. Staff at the reception desk also very kind and helpful. We are new to the Mechanicsburg area recently relocated from Chicago. Great to see I can get such reliable service so close to home.

I wish this dealership was closer to me. I'd drag everyone I know down there at even the mention of a new car. I drove 2 and a half hours one way to pick up the car I was interested in. I had gotten the financing together and had a friend come with me to drive my truck back. I did this based on pictures and Eric Adams word that the car was every bit as nice in person as it is on the internet. Needless to say the car was just that and more. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car. The buying experience was simple, upfront and enjoyable. It was well worth the drive for me!.
