Zimmerman' always! Trustworthy and deserving of praise
My brakes were acting up. I called to make an appointment on Monday the 6th and because of my job I was going to schedule an appointment for Thursday the 9th or Friday the 10th. I talked to Steve and he was concerned about my safety in driving a car with faulty brakes, so he advised that I bring my car in as soon as possible and he would give me a loaner car for work. So I dropped my car off on Monday the 6th around 5 PM and was given a loaner car. Ken called me on Tuesday the 7th and informed me that they fixed my brakes and that I could pick up my car. I returned the loaner car and picked up my car ready to go around 5 PM on Tuesday the 7th. I was very impressed and very thankful that they cared about my safety!--Theda Klemm
Over the past few years I have only experienced top notch outstanding service from the folks at Zimmermans Auto. This includes the ladies at the front desk with their bigs smiles and outgoing personalities from the moment you walk in to the mechanics throughout the shop. Honest reasonable pricing. Great and efficient service!
The service I had for my Subaru was fast, courteous , friendly, and professional. I was headed to the Philadelphia. Airport and they discovered I had a very weak battery! I am so thankful for their help! Plus they serve coffee and cookies!

That should be a five star rating. but I couldn't get the last star full. Service was great as usual. Steve is so accommodating and a top-notch professional. My car was even vacuumed and it had been in dire need of a vacuum job for quite some time. Thank you so much - Zimmermans' gets my vote all around!
