I just brought my 2001 Camry in for its final state inspection before I move out of state. It breezed through, though it has about 255,000 miles on it. I give the competent crew at Zimmerman’s full credit for keeping this faithful steed running so well for the 17 years I have owned it. And I am grateful for the 21 years they have cared for our family’s cars. I appreciate the way they help me understand what my car needs, the way they give me options, and the way they have often recommended money-saving possibilities. Further, they have been considerate of my time and convenience, usually taking the time to remedy smaller additional problems found during inspection or other visits so I don’t have to schedule another appointment. And they have treated me as a friend of the family. Their waiting room has a very kid-friendly corner, and their tea/coffee and cookies buffet make the wait something to look forward to! At age 65, I don’t think I’ll be able to make myself drive 5-1/2 hours from our new home to bring my car to Zimmerman’s for service, but I will certainly be wishing I could.

Straight forward and honest in all their dealings with all their customers. Communications with their customers is the very best.

Great service! Took my car in for routine oil change and technician notified me my car was over due for inspection. They were able to get my car in the same day and worked with me to get my paperwork up to date. Was kindly offered a loner! My husband and I always have a great experience here!

Each time I was given another car to drive at no expense to me. Dave and staff were always friendly, understanding and helpful.
