Once again, had to drop my car off during a holiday . Got a call teh morning after the holiday to see what was needed...done that day. Again, the best customer service. Steve is terrific!

Would have been a 5 but had to bring it back. Forgot to insert a screw in door.

Eric was great to work with. Straight-forward and honest. Did his best on our trade-in too. Didn't feel cheated. Bought a 2013 Grand Cherokee. Zimmerman's had it in immaculate condition. Definitely recommend. Would buy from again.

The service was prompt and efficient. Having the car towed due to a shredded tire on Sunday a new tire was already ordered when I contacted them about my car.
