I have had reliable and honest service from Zimmerman's for 24 years. When I first moved to the area, i had a problem the dealer couldn't fix after eight unsuccessful visits. I fially gave up and took it to Zimmerman's where it was fixed the first time. A second vehicle had an episodic problem with the way it ran. I'd had taken it to two different mechanics, neither of which could find the problem. Zimmerman's took three hours to figure out that there were two or three different problems that were interacting to cause the problem. It ran like a charm from then on. These two experiences hooked me on Zimmerman's. I've been with them ever since, and have always found them to be trustworthy, both mechanically and ethically.
