Mechanicsburg Auto Repair and Dealership

I found the office staff to be exceptional in manner and politeness. They were friendly and Frank in service was honest and did not try to pad up my bill or sell anything that was not needed. When further work was needed he contacted the dealership where I purchased my car and found that the repair would be covered under waranty. This made it so much easier to move around the dealership's process. I have looked for a place to take my car where people are honest and the price is fair since I left North Carolina and I think that I have found the right one in Zimmerman's.

I had a better experience with this garage than Maguires Ford in Duncannon or L. B. Smith Ford in Leymone. Very knowledgable, reasonably priced, efficient, and great customer service. They were straight up, never shady/sneaky. Didn't try to sell services that you didn't ask for or need like some garages.

As a first time customer, I was very impressed with the courteous service I received from Zimmerman's. I had an urgent need to get my vehicle inspected, and they were able to squeeze me in to the schedule for same day service! The staff was extremely pleasant and kind, and gave me the impression that they valued my business. I can tell that the standards there are high, based on the friendliness of the staff and the organization and cleanliness of the facility, and I intend to reward their level of service with my business in the future.

I thoroughly trust Zimmerman's with both our vehicles. They are always proactive about what services may need to be done down the road. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As a business, they go the extra mile to make sure the customer's needs are met from snacks, drinks and entertainment in the waiting room, to vacuuming the interior of your vehicle.

My battery kept draining its power and Steve fixed it by fixing the drivers door lock that kept draining the battery by leaving the door unlatched and causing the dome light to stay on.
