Had Zimmerman address a vibration noise with car. Told me the exhaust needed replaced to address noise. $2000 later and after picking up car noticed same vibration noise existed. Would not replace old exhaust for partial refund but was told after a 2nd diagnostic that for additional $1200 should fix vibration problem. Turned out after taking to another shop that 2nd diagnosis was inaccurate as well. Needed to have another repair shop fix initial exhaust work. Expensive lesson learned. Would not recommend to anyone and with so many repair shops in area to look elsewhere. Read a number of negative reviews prior to taking vehicle there but decided to check them out anyway. A costly mistake.
